Heather Delany

State Operations Manager, Northwest Ohio

Heather Delany serves as Connect Ohio's State Operations Manager for 23 counties in northwest Ohio.

She joined Connect Ohio in 2008 and served as a project manager, where she developed project planning processes, administered project plans, managed workflow and time lines, and documentation in support of all community planning initiatives. In this role, she also assisted with grant writing, event coordination and other projects.

Heather has more than seven years experience in the banking and securities industries and formerly worked in project management and as a project life cycle analyst for JPMorgan Chase in Columbus. She also served in sales for The Ohio Company, a Columbus brokerage firm.

She attended North Central Technical College and Columbus State Community College.  Heather is also a licensed Ohio realtor and lives with her family in Granville, Ohio.
