Broadband providers are an important part of Connect Ohio's success. As Connect Ohio maps the current availability of broadband, providers have the opportunity to fill the gaps in coverage. Essentially, Connect Ohio builds a case for broadband expansion with mapping assessments, research and surveys.
On the local level, eCommunity Leadership Teams generate a broadband demand on their own: highlighting needs in the public and private sectors. Connect Ohio makes those needs available to providers and provides a platform for those needs to be openly discussed with the community.
